Mountain Light Counselling and Consulting

Supporting individuals, couples and families in the Lower Blue Mountains.

Welcome. We’re glad you’re here.

We invite you to take a slow, calming breath … Let your shoulders drop …
and your jaw soften …

Now … take a look around and see what you find in your journey in healing and growth.

Have you lost touch with what’s most important to you? Does busyness, exhaustion or anxiety mean you don’t have the energy to be living as you hope for yourself? Are you going through big transitions that feel overwhelming?

At Mountain Light, Jo is passionate about helping individuals, couples and families connect with themselves again. Jo provides a safe space to receive compassionate and gentle support, to find light in the darkness and to connect to inner and external resources. Through reflection, gentle challenge and exploration, Jo can help you find the path forward to building stronger relationship with yourself and others.
